*Please let the office or a member of the Church Council know if one of your loved ones is sick or has passed or if you or someone you know is going to be in the hospital so that we may acknowledge them in our prayer list or pay them a visit.
*November 17 – Generous Together Worship and Fellowship – God’s generosity is shared with us abundantly – through good friends, a beloved hymn, the proclamation of the gospel in our congregation, children running up for the noisy offering, someone to pray for us – whatever it is that may remind us that there is more to this life than we can see, that resurrection follows death, and that God keeps God’s promises. On November 17, we celebrate our first Generous Together Interactive Sunday. All generations are invited to connect through worship and fellowship.
*New Member Sunday at Christ Lutheran – November 17. We will welcome new members during worship and connect during fellowship with intergenerational activities and Generation Jeopardy!
*The Fourth Annual Craft and Bake Sale is on Sat., Dec. 7, 2024. The volunteer sign up sheet is now in the narthex and will be at the raffle sales table each Sunday after church. The Gnome Cafe sign up sheet will be posted by the Sunday School supply room. Please refer to the November Ambassador for updates and also get an information sheet in the narthex to see baked good prices, donation drop off times, and more. Thank you for your help!
*Craft and Bake Sale Raffle Ticket Sale – The raffle ticket sales for the annual Craft and Bake Sale began on Sunday, Oct. 27, Raffle tickets are $5.00 each. We will continue to sell these tickets after each church service until the day of the sale. Mary Zimmerman has again donated a beautiful quilt for the main prize. The drawing will be held on the day of the sale, December 7, at 2:00 p.m. 7

Donations of non-perishable food and personal care items can be placed in the grocery cart or basket in the Narthex through November 30th. (Items especially needed – cereal and peanut butter). Monetary donations can be placed in the offering plate or church office and please indicate Food Shelf.

Since 1995, Disney has been known for world-class hospitality and has opened seven theme parks across the world. Sign-up out in the narthex by Sunday, Nov. 17 if you would like to attend.
*Things I Like to Do – How might you use your gifts in new or familiar ways as we live out our mission to “Love God, Love People, and Follow Jesus”? The Evangelism Committee, led by Jennifer Pickett, has created a Things I Like to Do Survey. We invite you to fill out the survey by either paper copy (available in the Narthex or in the office) or on our website https://christlutheranpreston.org/member-survey-tell-us-what-do-you-like-to-do/
