Christ Lutheran Church has a Sunday School program for children
in preschool through 6th grade, as well as summer Vacation Bible School.
We are excited for a new year of Sunday School ministry.
This year we look forward to learning more Bible stories and songs, singing in church, helping with worship, growing with friends and peers, and having fun!
(New this year: Students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2026)
Families, please register your 4 year old through 6th graders for the ’26-’27 school year by Sept 4, 2026, so we can plan for lessons and materials!
We also NEED more volunteers to help with this school year. Please reach out with questions!
Second Sundays
This play‑based gathering blends storytelling, prayer, music, and creative play to help our youngest children learn faith concepts in age‑appropriate ways.
Shelby Ristau will lead the class using the Frolic First Bible (given at Baptism) and Frolic board books, creating a meaningful experience for both children and caring adults. Plus, families will be given a book to take home!
Sunday School Schedule
Sunday School takes place on Sundays during the school year, from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM.
We can always use additional teen or adult helpers! Serve as a substitute or just an extra set of hands to help our small Sunday School team continue to provide a safe & fun experience for our 55+ children involved in Sunday School!
First Communion
Our 5th grade students complete their First Communion lessons
and receive their First Communion during the spring of their 5th grade school year.
