Please fill out the GEV form available from Amanda and submit this with your payment for us to keep track of kids registered for GEV. CONFIRMATION YOUTH -you have a separate code to use to register. You may find it on the website and in emails.
*Senior Recognition Sunday – Sunday, May 17th – Graduating High School seniors will be celebrated in worship on Sunday, May 17th during the 9am worship service. Christ Crafters will share a personalized blanket with each of them, parents and seniors will receive a blessing and everyone is invited to enjoy coffee and treats following worship. Come and share a prayer as they transition into new adventures. We are excited to extend our congratulations to Mathew Bakken, Cora Britton, Chase Gatzke, Kyla Hellickson, Kane Larson, Brody Niemeyer, Thomas Pikula, Maddie Topness and Mady Wingert. Watch for “Senior Spotlights” honoring each senior on Facebook and Instagram, too!

As always, it’s a great time to invite a friend!
WHO: *Kids turning 5 on or before September 5, 2026 through grade 6, & younger preschoolers accompanied by a caring adult. Households will be asked to help provide and serve meals.
WHAT: Bible stories, music, games, activities, a service project and food!
WHEN: Tues, June 16th, Wed, June 17th, and Thurs, June 18th; from 5-7pm (check in between 4:45 and 5:00 pm; meal 5-5:30;VBS 5:30-7)
*Sunday, June 21 – 9:00 am Worship – VBS kids will lead songs!

*BUNDLES OF LOVE REMINDER: We continue to collect baby items for Bundles of Love. Be on the lookout for items when you go to garage sales, etc. All collected items will be donated to the local Bundles of Love group in Chatfield. They work with Social Services in Fillmore, Houston, and Winona Counties to distribute bundles where needed. A complete list of needed items can be found on the bulletin board outside the church office. Donations can be left in the church office.

*2027 ELCA Youth Gathering Informational Meeting for 7th-11th graders and parents – Wednesday, April 29th at 7:15pm in the Fellowship Hall – Every three years thousands of youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) come together for the ELCA Youth Gathering. It is not just an event but a movement in which faith ignites and community comes alive. (The 2027 Youth Gathering will be in Minneapolis from June 28-July 2.) Come to the meeting to learn more!

*Cross+Generational Line Dancing at Christ Lutheran – Sunday, April 26, 10 AM. Join us in the Fellowship Hall during the Sunday School time for some good music and fun! Come and learn 2 different dances, led by Harold Buhr & Tami Christianson. All ages are welcome and the dances are simple – no dance experience needed! Cowboy hats, boots and denim are encouraged! *This is also the last day of Sunday School for the year — please join us to celebrate a successful Sunday School year, and dance into spring and summer!
